New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Minnesota offers customers targeted education on cutting-edge applications for IT, Developer and Business Professionals. Our team is seeking a full-time IT Technical Instructor to compliment an already successful and talented team. As a member of this team you will be expected to create a positive student experience and build lasting relationships upon which the success of this company has been built.

New Horizons of Minnesota is looking to grow its internal staff to support delivery of Microsoft, Citrix, Novell, Cisco and other technical courses.

Position Qualifications:
To qualify, you will need to have skills and strengths in the following areas:

• Instructor-led training
• Consulting
• Mentoring
• Seminar presentations
• Execution of computer-based training solutions
• Participation in other online learning solutions

 

Specialization of technology should span multiple technologies and include, but is not be limited to:

• Citrix: XP, 3.0, 4.0
• Microsoft technologies: SQL Server, Exchange, SMS, SharePoint, BizTalk, VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET
• Solid background in: Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, Scripting, Networking, Cluster Server, IIS, ISA, VPC, VMware and .NET developer languages
• Industry certifications: MCT, MCSE, MCSD or MCDBA

Salary / Compensation

• $45,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
• Participate in a company profit sharing program
