New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Minnesota offers customers targeted education on cutting-edge applications for IT, Developer and Business Professionals. Our team is seeking a full-time educator for a variety of Business Software programs to compliment an already successful and talented team.

As a member of this team you will be expected to deliver high quality education to clients and their organizations on products and programs from such companies as Microsoft, Adobe, Lotus, Novell and Business Objects.

As an instructor with New Horizons of Minnesota you will coordinate and conduct training in our Edina location or at client sites, educate our sales team and fellow instructors in your area of expertise and assist our sales team in identifying client needs to develop appropriate education solutions. You may also be asked to perform a variety of other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Qualifications
Your technical expertise and ability to master the latest software programs will help ensure your success in this key position. To qualify, you must also have:

• Passion to provide the highest quality classroom education
• Ability to learn quickly and clearly convey information
• Real-world experience applying your software knowledge
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of software application products
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to deal effectively with people of various backgrounds and experiences
• Proven organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and dependable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• At least one Microsoft Office or Adobe Certification or a certification in another software program
• Certified Technical Trainer certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Computer Science preferred

Salary / Compensation

• $32,000 to $36,000 depending on experience
• Participate in a company profit sharing program
