ITIL v3 Service Management Awareness
Our overview provides a general introduction to IT Service Management, focusing on the five key phases of the lifecycle of services from birth to retirement. Within the best practice framework, the session introduces Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
ITIL v3 Bridge Certification Course
ITIL Version 3 Bridge Course is a one-day, instructor-led course introducing ITIL v3 that explores how it differs from ITIL v2. Focus will be on the new five-stage service lifecycle approach to implementing new and changed services as well as on understanding key new concepts, functions, processes and changes to existing processes.
ITIL v3 Foundation with Simulation Certification Course
This course provides IT Managers, Practitioners and anyone who requires an insight into Service Management best practice with a practical understanding of the key concepts, principles, processes and functions that enables successful IT Service Management provision. It also prepares students for the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate Examination.
